HomeLand Security Cover

This is teh cover of the January-March 2004 issue of our departments training magazine..."The Training Wheel." The main article delt with what Las vegas was doing in terms of Homeland security. The Eagle with the flag was my rendition of a similar image very popular on the net. I made the Blue field with stars over the eagles eye, almost like a mask with the stripes following the contour of the eagles feathers. I have it on a black background with the words "War Paint", which I will post later.
